Called Ashley up to book a repair... when I explained the issue, he (without skipping a beat) told me exactly what the problem was and how to fix it myself! I got it going again within 30 mins. Fantastic advice from a clearly knowledgable engineer. Highly recommend!

This guy was awesome! Contacted him about an issue with my dishwasher and he was able to help me over the phone. He even asked for a photo of the component to better help me. Problem was solved for free! He could easily have charged me for a call out. Needless to say if there was ever a need for a call out he has my full trust.

My four year old dishwasher stopped working and showed an E15 error code. Ashley came out and took the machine apart and replaced one of the bits with spares that were in his van and had it up and running again within about half an hour. Very professional, punctual and reasonably priced. I will always call him first if I have any dishwasher issues in future.

Excellent. Phoned late afternoon and he came the next morning and quickly diagnosed the problem was water supply and not the dishwasher. He was happy to tell me what to do if I wanted to do it myself. Having taken off the tap and cleaned it out, all worked perfectly. Thank you Ashley.
